1. Can I cancel an order and get refunded?
    If your order has already been shipped or if the status of your order is marked as “confirmed”, the order cannot be deleted and shipment will be carried out in full. We invite you to wait until your package arrives at your requested delivery address and then contact our Customer Service to request a formal return and subsequent refund.

  2. How can I return an Item?
    If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you received, you have up to 24 hours from the delivery date to submit a return request. To submit a return request, please contact zilli@binhendi.com. Once you receive an authorisation from Customer Service you may proceed to ship the item(s) back to the address as indicated in the authorisation email at your own expense.

  3. I have received a different item than the one ordered, what should I do?
    Should the product received not be the same as the one ordered, you should contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product, which will issue authorization for the Return Service.

  4. Can I change a product bought online in a Zilli boutique?
    Yes. We accept exchanges in our Dubai Mall – Zilli Boutique.
