1. Return and Refund Policy

    Eligibility for Returns:

    Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

    Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

    Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.

    Return Process:

    Contact our customer support team at zilli.dubaimall@binhendi.com.within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

    Our team will help you on the process and will assign the delivery partner to collect the items at the shipping address. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return and notify you via email.

    Refund Options:

    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

    Please allow 9-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after the return is received and inspected.

     

    Exchanges:

    If you receive a product and it doesn't fit or you'd prefer a different color, you can exchange it within 14 days. Refer to our Return  Policy for step-by-step guidance

     

    Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at zilli.dubaimall@binhendi.com within 4 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
