At ZILLI Dubai, we are committed to delivering your purchases securely, promptly, and with the same care and precision with which they are crafted. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery methods, timelines, charges, and other key conditions.
By placing an order on www.zillidubai.com, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Shipping Methods
All orders are entrusted to accredited domestic and international logistics providers. Depending on destination, customers may be offered standard or express delivery options at checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines
Indicative delivery times are as follows:
- Dubai: 1–2 business days
- Rest of UAE: 2–3 business days
- International: 5–7 business days
Orders containing exotic-skin merchandise may require extended handling due to mandatory customs inspections and international wildlife trade compliance (e.g., CITES certification).
3. Shipping Charges
Complimentary standard shipping worldwide applies to orders with an Order Value of AED 2,000 or more (after discounts; exclusive of duties and taxes).
For orders below AED 2,000, flat rates apply:
- Within UAE: AED 150
- Outside UAE: AED 700
Premium services (e.g., express delivery, oversized freight, special handling, shipment insurance) may incur additional charges unless expressly waived at checkout.
Order Value means the merchandise subtotal after promotional discounts and before duties, taxes, or shipping fees.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). No additional import duties apply for domestic deliveries.
- Other GCC Destinations (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): ZILLI Dubai will bear applicable import duties and taxes for shipments to these countries. Customers remain responsible for shipping fees on orders below AED 2,000.
- Non-GCC Destinations: Customers are fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, levies, brokerage, and customs-clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout and must be settled upon import.
Invoices cannot be modified, marked as gifts, or reduced in declared value to lower customs obligations.
5. Restricted Destinations
Due to regulatory restrictions and courier limitations, ZILLI Dubai does not deliver to the following territories: Libya, Sudan, Congo, Ukraine, and all South American countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela).
6. Last-Mile Delivery & Undeliverable Packages
If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier will leave a notification. Customers must contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery within the timeframe permitted.
Carriers may offer optional services such as:
- Redirecting delivery to a neighbor, reception, or building security with signature and contact details;
- Rescheduling delivery for a later date within the allowed number of attempts.
When you select such options (including preferences stored with the carrier), ZILLI Dubai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from those instructions. Risk of loss transfers to you once delivery is completed.
If an order is undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you, repeated failed attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be liable for associated costs, including re-delivery or return shipping. Costs resulting from errors by ZILLI Dubai or its logistics partners will be covered by us.
7. Order Processing & Tracking
- Order Date: The date you receive your order confirmation email.
- Shipping Date: The date your order is dispatched to the carrier. Customers will receive a tracking number once dispatched, which can be used on the carrier’s website to monitor delivery progress.
8. Packaging Standards
All orders are prepared using ZILLI’s signature luxury packaging, ensuring your items arrive in pristine condition and reflect the Maison’s standards of excellence.
