Shipping Date: This is the date when your items are dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to the designated carrier.

Order Tracking: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number assigned by the carrier. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's delivery progress.

Carrier Communication and Timing: While some carriers may choose to contact you before delivery, it's important to note that they are not obligated to do so. Additionally, carriers might not provide a specific delivery time.

Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons, we will contact you to resolve the issue and arrange for re-delivery if necessary.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
