Yes. All products are 100%
authentic ZILLI pieces and are also available at our ZILLI boutique in The
Dubai Mall. BinHendi Holding is the official and exclusive distributor of ZILLI
France in the UAE.
Orders & Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Careem Pay, Tabby.
Yes. ZILLI Dubai does not store cardholder data. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Shipping & Delivery
United Arab Emirates (UAE): All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). No additional import duties apply for domestic deliveries.
Other GCC Destinations (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): ZILLI Dubai will bear applicable import duties and taxes for shipments to these countries. Customers remain responsible for shipping fees on orders below AED 2,000.
Non-GCC Destinations: Customers are fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, levies, brokerage, and customs-clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout and must be settled upon import.
Locations We Do Not Deliver To: ZILLI Dubai facilitates delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to selected international destinations. Certain territories are excluded from our delivery network due to regulatory restrictions and courier limitations. These include, without limitation: Libya, Sudan, Congo, Ukraine, and all South American countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela).
- Dubai: 1–2 business days
- Rest of UAE: 2–3 business days
- GCC & International: 5–7 business days
Orders with exotic leathers may require additional handling time for customs clearance.
- FREE shipping worldwide for orders above AED 2,000.
- Orders below AED 2,000: AED 150 (within UAE) / AED 700 (international).
- UAE: VAT is included in prices; no additional duties.
- GCC countries (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): ZILLI Dubai covers import duties and taxes.
- Non-GCC international: Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and not marked “Final Sale.” Custom, personalized, or altered products are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Orders above AED 2,000: ZILLI Dubai covers return shipping, whether within the UAE or internationally.
- Orders below AED 2,000: Customers cover return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
In cases of defective or incorrect items, ZILLI Dubai covers all return costs and provides either a replacement or a full refund.
Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@zillidubai.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange courier collection through our logistics partner.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Product & Care
Slight variations may occur due to display settings, lighting, or the natural characteristics of materials like leather or exotic skins. These are not considered defects.
Yes. All ZILLI products are covered by UAE consumer protection law, including a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
