1. How can I pay?
    The Zilli UAE online boutique accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

  2. When will my order amount be charged to account?
    Your order amount will be charged to your card when you place your order. An order confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address once the payment is verified and order is confirmed.

  3. What currency will be used?
    The currency used in UAE is AED. Purchases made from rest of the world will occur in Dollar (USD).

  4. Are online purchases safe?
    The Zilli - BinHendi online boutique uses authorized payment gateways and systems to control and check all the transactions that take place on the website, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to allow for encrypting all potentially sensitive data.

  5. Why has my payment not been accepted?
    If you encounter a problem there may be various reasons why your payment has not been accepted: check the credit card you entered at the time of placing the order, such as expiry date, card type and number. If the problem still persists please contact our Customer Service.

  6. What is a CVC/CVV Code?
    This is a credit card verification code which is necessary to increase the security of the transaction. It is a 3 or 4 digit code you may find on the back of your Visa/ MasterCard or on the front of your American Express card.
