RETURNS POLICY

• Goods purchased may be exchanged provided they are returned unused and in their original condition within 7 days of purchase along with the original invoice and price tag. A credit note will be issued against the same which is valid for a period of 6 months.
• Jewellery once purchased can not be exchanged or returned unless it is deemed defective.
• Return of defective items is limited to defects that are not caused by either product misuse or failure to follow product care instructions. Original receipt is required and refund will onlv be provided if repair or replacement is not available.
• Alteration if any required will be carried out only upon receipt of full payment for the goods.
• Advance payment for special orders placed is not refundable at any circumstance unless the goods do not match specifications of the order placed.
• Goods that cannot be replaced are: underwear, swimwear, customized/tailored items.
